| Structure and Corporate Mission |
 OPEM is located in Parma on a modern industrial estate easily reachable by the main lines of communication. Its structures extend over a surface of approximately 15,000 sq. m. and include the management offices, the administrative and commercial departments, the laboratories of research and development and the production and assembly units.
Inside these structures rise and develop all the production designs that, since 1974, have permitted to our company a steady growth leading OPEM to work with professionalism and competence on all markets worldwide.
Right from the beginning Mr. Fabio Binacchi, the founder of OPEM and present President, strongly desired that all efforts be directed towards a constant research of innovative solutions aiming at the improvement of the performance and quality of the machines. This corporate philosophy has driven OPEM to a technological level of excellence able to satisfy the production developments required by the market. Starting its business activity in the field of the industrial weighing of food products, OPEM has progressively entered the big food industries, where the continuous request of new packaging and weighing equipment has led OPEM to study and offer new machines usable also in different sectors of industry.
